A report compiled by InterExec has revealed that China has topped the list of countries that top UK head-hunters predict will demand more senior executives in 2012, repeating the pattern from last year’s 2011 survey, where China was also top. This year’s 2012 report also revealed that emerging markets, China, Brazil and India are all in the top 5, whilst the USA does not even make the list. InterExec is the Confidential Agent that represents senior executives earning £150k – £1million+. The report conducted by InterExec, surveyed 80 of the UK’s top senior executive head-hunters.
